A premier global educational organization needed a multilingual, AI-driven conversational platform to streamline access to educational, legal, and institutional knowledge. Existing systems created barriers for global staff and stakeholders: information was fragmented across repositories, interactions lacked security and efficiency, and non-English users faced adoption challenges. To prepare for the future, IBO required a scalable, intelligent architecture capable of supporting its worldwide ecosystem.

Solution

Digile designed and deployed a multilingual GenAI platform on Microsoft Azure, bringing together AI search, semantic retrieval, and enterprise-grade security. The solution included:

• Multilingual conversational AI with semantic search and RAG powered by GPT-4o.
• Enterprise-level governance with SSO, RBAC, WAF, Key Vault, logging, and audit controls.
• Scalable, cloud-native architecture leveraging Cosmos DB, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Power BI.

This foundation enabled secure, seamless access for global staff, with intelligent workflows and real-time analytics built into the platform.
